No Earnings / Results Guarantees (Including “Time Saved”)
We do not promise or guarantee outcomes of any kind, including:
- earnings, income, profit, revenue, sales, conversions, or ROI,
- business growth, audience growth, or marketplace success,
- rankings, virality, ad performance, or social platform results.
Any references to benefits describe product capabilities, design intent, or illustrative examples only. Results vary due to factors outside our control (including effort, market conditions, platform behavior, competition, pricing, timing, creative execution, configuration choices, and operational capacity). Testimonials (if used) reflect individual experiences and are not a guarantee.
Outputs Are Tools — Review, Verify, and Back Up
HyperUp Suite Products may include scripts, automations, spreadsheet logic, dashboards, scoring models, and/or integrations. You acknowledge that:
- software and templates may contain errors, bugs, limitations, or edge cases,
- outputs may be incomplete, misapplied, or inappropriate for your circumstances,
- you will use reasonable judgment and verification before relying on outputs,
- you are responsible for backups of your files and data (including platform version history where available), and
- you will verify calculations, recommendations, and outputs before acting.
Before You Claim “Broken / Defective”
Where a Product includes diagnostics or self-healing tools, a claim that the Product is “broken,” “defective,” or “non-functional” must be evaluated through the supported self-healing flow.
For technical defect claims (including automation failures, premium feature failures, or errors):
- Run the Product’s supported Verify → Fix sequence (or Setup/Repair/Verify equivalent), and
- Provide the resulting Support Hex / diagnostic identifier / verification summary (if available).
If you cannot generate diagnostics due to a verified access failure that prevents the Product from running far enough to produce a diagnostic identifier, contact support with your order details and a screenshot of the blocker. HyperUp Suite will provide an alternative verification method.
Third-Party Platforms (Google + Others)
Many Products operate inside third-party environments (including Google Sheets/Drive/Apps Script, browsers, payment processors, marketplaces, and social platforms). We do not control third parties and cannot guarantee:
- uninterrupted availability,
- continued compatibility, or
- that third-party changes won’t impact Product functionality.
HyperUp Suite is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Google (or other platforms) unless explicitly stated. If a third-party outage or platform change affects functionality, we may provide workarounds or updates where feasible, but resolution timelines may depend on the third-party provider.
AI + Automation (If Applicable)
Some Products include AI-assisted and/or automated features (for example: suggestions, summaries, scoring, prioritization, alerts, forecasting, recommendations).
- AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or biased.
- Outputs depend on inputs, assumptions, and available signals.
- AI is not a substitute for professional judgment.
Not for high-stakes reliance: You agree not to rely solely on AI outputs for legal, financial, tax, medical, or other professional decisions.
Human-in-the-loop: You are responsible for reviewing, validating, and approving important outputs before implementation.
Privacy-Safe Diagnostics + Product Integrity
To protect customers, reduce fraud, improve support efficiency, and maintain quality, some Products may use privacy-safe diagnostics such as:
- product version/build identifiers,
- installation/activation status,
- verification pass/fail status,
- high-level error codes, and
- minimal environment signals necessary for troubleshooting.

Fair Marketing (Technical Claims ≠ Income Claims)
If we describe benefits, it is to communicate product functionality and user experience — not guaranteed outcomes. Statements about speed, automation, reliability, or operational efficiency refer to technical execution and workflow design, not a promise of revenue, profit, rankings, or business results.
Where required, disclosures will be placed clearly and conspicuously near relevant claims (including on mobile). If something seems unclear, contact support: support@hyperupsuite.com
Limitation of Liability (Summary Notice)
To the maximum extent permitted by law, HyperUp Suite is not liable for:
- indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or
- lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption,
arising from your use of the Site or Products.
Some jurisdictions limit liability disclaimers; in that case, limitations apply to the maximum extent permitted.
Updates + Live-Aware Notices
We may update this page from time to time. We will update the “Last Updated” date and apply changes prospectively unless required by law.
For clarity and customer protection, we may also display selected trust notices and known-issue advisories inside Products (for example, in a “Legal & Product Notices” tab or status HUD), such as policy version identifiers and third-party outage advisories.
These notices help reduce confusion and unnecessary support requests. Your rights under mandatory consumer laws are not reduced by such notices.
